Client Case Study: How DigiSWOT launched and promoted HayDay



Started with the 5th generation of the cows that they had in the 1980’s. They are the third generation of their family has entered into the business, they want to serve thousands of families with their organically produced dairy and agro products. And with the continuous efforts of their experts, they wanted to take forward their journey to the next level by launching their brand in the digital space.

They had no online presence at all and wanted to launch their brand even in the digital world and make sure people all over Chandigarh and Mohali knew about HayDay.

Strategies Followed by DigiSWOT:


Since they had no online presence at all we had to research similar businesses’ account to understand what patterns work for this industry. As they not only wanted to build awareness but also get orders from all over Chandigarh and Mohali, so here’s what we did:


  • Firstly, we developed a comprehensive website for HayDay.

  • We also set up their profile on Google so people can also visit their physical stores.

  • Then we setup their social media accounts on Instagram & Facebook.

  • Once that was in place we researched the hashtags, what works for this industry and more importantly what doesn’t. We all deduced the best time to post from their account.

  • We linked all their pages back to their website so that people can be completely aware of what they do.

  • We also started posting informative posts about what organic food range is and why is it better for your health as compared to the regular products.

  • After multiple ad campaigns and continuous postings HayDay started getting orders.
